Every project starts with a discovery sessions so that we can ensure fully understand the project objectives. This might involve review of architectural plans, a site visit or perhaps a design workshop.
Considerations may include site conditions, glazing composition, building orientation, building operation, budget and environmental parameters.
Proof of Concept
One of our company values is to ensure we deliver ‘right first time’. That means fully testing and evaluating all possible reccommended solutions during the design phase of the project. Solutions can be built either at our manufacturing facility or preferably onsite to allow all stakeholders to review.
From there we can refine and further develop a bespoke solution for the project.
Demanding installation programmes require robust supply chains and comprehensive inventory, allied with the capacity to accelerate works as required. Our industry leading facility allows us to commit those resources to deliver your project.
Every blind or curtain goes through our rigorous quality control process before leaving the factory and is checked against detailed on-site measurements, gauranteeing that the products will fit right first time.
Our soft furnishings workroom produces curtains of all designs, shapes and sizes to meet client requirements. Often used to divide open spaces, maintain privacy or improve accoustics our team can work with the fabric of your choice and add pelments, roman blinds and cushions to complement.
Early review of the programme allows us to understand milestones and identify any risks. Our dedicated survey team will visit site to take measurements and fully evaluate installation conditions. Benchmarking ensures our proposals fully meet expectations, and early procurement mitigates any supply chain delays.
The Soltech Project Manager will be responsible for progress of the installation, communication throughout, coordination with other trades and response to any neccessary variations.
Commissioning and integration with other systems is a Soltech speciality and we often lead on defining sequence of operation to deliver daylighting strategy.
All works are self snagged by the Soltech Quality Manager, with any neccessary rectifications carried out before formal client handover.
