About the Project
Part of the redevelopment of Liverpool Street station, the Broadgate estate by British Land the new build houses. Six key tenants, across over 500,000 sq ft of office space. As a fully glazed building the daylight strategy was a key consideration to ensure tenant comfort and building performance. We installed blinds throughout the building utilising sustainable fabrics that helped realise the client objective of a BREEAM Outstanding Certification.
