London Fruit & Wool

About the Project

The Fruit and Wool Exchange was originally opened in 1929, designed by Sydney Perks F.S.A. The recent redevelopment, creating office and retail space behind the original façade, completed in 2018. We had the pleasure of working with the anchor tenant for the building, fitting a combination of motorised blinds, manual blinds and curtains. We also included a double blind detail using 2% screen fabric and blackout fabrics, to allow the client flexibility in the space and also allow for privacy where needed. We were pleased to share our expertise around material selection to ensure the blinds and curtains made a positive contribution towards BREEAM certification for the project.
