About the Project
The client secured this historic building on Oxford Circus as their flagship retail outlet in Europe, with offices located on the upper floors of the building. The Grade II Listing required a sympathetic approach from all parties involved in the refurbishment, access to the site was necessarily restricted given its location and the deadlines were crucial given the publicised opening date.
